Starting April 15th, you can apply for Pre-K at Lewis County Schools!

. Documents needed: original birth certificate, shot record, physical, income proof, and recent proof of residency (last 2 months).

Prefer in-person? Pick up forms at 207 South Court St. (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–3 p.m.). Need help? Call 931-796-2292!

Remember, no applications before April 15th.
