Samantha Barnes Webb joins Central Office

Lewis County Schools is excited to announce that Samantha Barnes Webb will be joining our Central Office team as the new Supervisor of Teaching and Learning at the end of this school year, following the retirement of Ms. Mylie McKissack.
Mrs. Webb has dedicated the past 20 years to education, serving Lewis County students in a variety of roles including teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and principal. Her commitment to student success, strong instructional leadership, and passion for supporting teachers make her a wonderful fit for this district-wide position.
A lifelong resident of Lewis County and a proud Lewis County High School graduate, Mrs. Webb has deep roots in our community. She is married to Mike Webb and they are the proud parents of Carter and Jordan Webb. She is also the daughter of Bobby and Kathy Barnes.
Mrs. Webb brings valuable experience, dedication, and a strong vision for teaching and learning, and we are confident she will make a positive impact across the district.
